Potatoes seeds were bought and divided to places; therefore, stored at the vegetable storage for few days

All together Zastap and Sogog kindergartens, Sogog school and families potatoes seeds have being stored at the centre of Sogog at the dormitory storage for few days.

This week local gardeners of Sogog, Ulaankhus and Zastap have done the field works. Transporting the black soil and preparing them to use inside Green Houses and vegetable fields

If the general soil watering is deep and very well that helps seeds to get worse easily  and in the result will be able to have a good  harvest and for few weeks gardeners won’t need to water potatoes field  everyday after planting potatoes seeds. So, gardeners have watered  the vegetable fields for 10 days.

Threes watering twice a day because in spring the  Mongolian weather is very dry and windy because of that watering area is getting dry very easy.

Planting Sogog school and Sogoog, Ulaankhus , Zastap kindergarten green houses’ seeds. For now it is growing well.

Everywhere where implementing SSN NGO green project has started their field work preparation since middle of April.

Everywhere where implementing SSN NGO green project has started their field work preparation since middle of April. The selected area where will be built a winter Green house , is cleaned as picked up rocks and removed the sands..etc .But there are still some works which will be done before its construction starts that will be reported soon what is going on at there …:)

Therefore; the biggest vegetable fields hard works are being done by local gardeners who are really hardworking and helpful. They are cleaning inside of short time green houses, bringing compost, watering trees and fields before disturbing the vegetable fields.

   
   
   
   
   

 

Warm aid clothes were sent to Zavkhan aimag.

Also, sent support with warm cloths to nomadic families at Jimst bagh of Zabkhan aimag which is 1104km from Ulaanbaatar and one of the 21 aimags of Mongolia, located in the west of the country. Its capital is Uliastai. The aimag is named after the Zavkhan river. SSN Zavkhan team is visiting with Zavkhan bagh governor to nomadic families who need support.

Using vegetables started to give its results!!!

As a way of providing children and women who need to eat minerals and vitamins depending their health during the cold winter times SSN NGO health team has worked hard at the remote area with nomadic families in Bayan-Ulgii aimag. During the our trip we found, high result of planting vegetables. Due to eating nutrition food the number of attendance who got vitamins, are reducing. Our vision is to work with the local people to create a sustainable source of vegetables grown by themselves, as this way to show them how important is to run green project for their health, future generation and household economic.
